Signature Policy
An adult signature is required upon delivery. Please assure that somebody over the age of 21 is at the location of delivery. If unable to accept package, buyer will be charged 15% restocking fee. 

Domestic State Restrictions
Currently, we do NOT shipping to: Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Utah.

Shipping & Processing Time
Most orders ship within 2-4 business days from when you place your order. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time. If your order is going to take longer than the norm, we will send you an email with more details.

In Store Pickup
Orders placed with In-Store Pickup will be ready for pickup within 2-4 business days. You must show a valid 21 or over ID when picking up merchandise. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation. Please bring in a copy of your order when picking up.

FedEx Shipping Options
• FEDEX GROUND: Delivery to all Business addresses between 9:00AM – 5:00PM
• FEDEX EXPRESS SAVER: Delivery within 3 business days excluding holidays & weekends
• FEDEX SECOND DAY: Delivery within 2 business days excluding holidays & weekends

Free Shipping
Free Shipping orders exclude Hawaii and Alaska.

Insurance
ElephantWine.com automatically provides insurance for each order placed online at no additional cost. Our insurance policy protects our Customers from any damage or lost packages during transit.

Quantity Limits
For Domestic shipping, there is no limit of wines or spirits so you can shop as much as you would like!
