Return Policy

We will do our best to serve you. If there is any issue with a vintage or a wine, please feel free to call our customer service.

Before sending back merchandise, please call our customer service at 877-WINE-818, click to chat, or email us.

In the event that you have to return the merchandise, please re-pack the items in its original shipped packing to ensure safe return. Upon arrival at the ElephantWine.com warehouse all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is due to our error.

If your item is being returned for any other reason that is not our error you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to have the item arrive in our warehouse. The buyer is then responsible for all shipping charges as well as a 15% restocking fee.
