Elephant Martini      Elephant Wine

 

Ingredients:    

2 oz

Gin

1/2 oz

Dry vermouth

1

Olive

Preparation:

Stir vermouth and gin over ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve with an olive.

Elephant Sangria 

 

Ingredients:     

25 oz

bottle dry red wine

1/2 cup

brandy

1/3 cup

orange juice

2 cups

ginger ale, chilled

1/3 cup

frozen lemonade

1/2 cup

orange-flavored liqueur

1/4 cup

lemon juice

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients except ginger ale; refrigerate until chilled. Just before serving, stir in ginger ale. Garnish with fruit, if desired.

Elephant Mojito

 

 

Ingredients:   

1.5 oz

Rum

1 tablespoon

Mint leaves

1 tablespoon

Sugar

2-4

Lime wedges

To taste

Soda

Preparation:

Cover bottom of glass with mint leaves. Add sugar and lime wedges. Muddle gently. Add crushed ice, Rum, and soda water. Garnish with mint leaves.

Elephant Margarita

 

 

Ingredients:   

1 1/4 oz

Tequila

1/2 oz

Triple Sec

1 1/4 oz

Barmix

Rim

Coarse salt

Lime wedge

Preparation:

Moisten the rim of a champagne glass by running the lime wedge around it, then dip rim into the salt. Using a blender filled with a cup of ice, combine remaining ingredients. Pour into glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Preparation:

Fill tall glass with ice. Pour in ingredients except schnapps. Mix and float schnapps.

Angostura bitters

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Build over ice in a Collins or Hurricane glass. Adjust cola and lime soda for color. Garnish with a lime wedge.
