FAQ’s

1. Can you ship to my state in the U.S.?
a. We ship to all states in the US except for: Illinois, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Maryland,  Massachusetts,&  New Hampshire.
2. Do you ship internationally?
a. International Shipping will be coming soon. Currently we only ship within the United States.
3. How much will my shipping cost?
a. The cost of your shipping will be estimated in your shopping cart. This is based on your location and shipment type.
4. Do any items on your website have free shipping?
a. Yes! We have a multitude of items with free shipping. Please check out our "Free Shipping" section.
5. Do you ship to business addresses or PO boxes?
a. We do ship to business addresses; in fact it is preferred because an adult signature is required with all deliveries. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes since there is no way to verify age.
6. Can I use any mail or parcel carrier to ship my order?
a. Currently only FedEx is approved in NJ to ship alcohol.
7. Is it cheaper to ship to my home or a business address?
a. In most cases it is cheaper to ship to a business address. Shipments to business addresses do not get a home delivery surcharge from FedEx.
8. Can I waive the adult signature requirement for my package?
a. No. An adult (over 21) must be present at the time of delivery to accept the package. FedEx staff is trained to check identification.
9. What happens if there is no adult to accept delivery or if nobody is home?
a. FedEx will attempt delivery 3 times. After that the package will be returned to us and you will be responsible for shipping charges
10. If I ship my order as a gift, will it include the price on the invoice?
a. No. Only your confirmation email will include the price.
11. If an item is on your website can I come and buy it from your store?
a. Unfortunately all of the items we carry in our warehouse are not carried in store. If you would like any product online you can purchase it online and choose in store pickup for your shipping method. We will then send you an email when your order is ready to pick up .

12. What is the ElephantWine.com return policy?
a. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not satisfied with your product please refer to the return policy page of this website or contact us for assistance.
13. What do I need to pick my order up in-store?
a. You must bring a valid photo ID and a printout of your email invoice.
14. Are the prices online and in-store the same?
a. Unfortunately the prices online and in-store are currently not the same. However you may choose any product online and select in-store pickup.
15. Will I get charged tax?
a. You will only be charged tax if you are getting your order shipped to a New Jersey address. If your package is being sent outside of New Jersey there will be NO charge for sales tax.
